First, let's have a moment of silence for our friends in Melbourne, Team Crikey...our commrades in blanket-sleeved arms...their Snuggie was stolen. Nothing can fill the emptiness. No more blanket with sleeves. All that is left are memories from their recent party with their good friend, the Snuggie.

What better way to spend a Saturday in our nation's capital than to hang out in a Snuggie and enjoy a Snuggie Pub Crawl?
SnuggiePubCrawls.com has the information.
Despite the weather warming up, cities are still get their Snug on. I'm also starting to get notes from Snuggie fans in Australia, clamoring to be the first there to do a Snuggie Pub Crawl. Contact Me to get on the SnuggiePubCrawls.com list of cities to help promote your event.
I recently wrote up how this site began, since I get that question a lot. You can go to my website devoted to Social, Viral, and Search Marketing - EngageMentality - to learn about the beginnings of SnuggieSightings.com.
This picture encapsulates what SnuggieSightings.com is all about. A picture is worth a thousand words, and there\'s some things you should not do in a blanket.
L'edition Speciale on Canal+ (Paris, France) is set to cover the Snuggie craze tomorrow and I hear they will be showing a certain website related to the Snuggie (ahem...this one). So I am posting this now so our friends from France can find us via search when the time comes.
As far as what is happening now in the States related to Snuggie, here are the hottest items: College Snuggies - You will soon be able to wear a Snuggie for your favorite University
Snuggie Pub Crawls - Although the weather is warming, the Snuggie Pub Crawl is still going strong, with additional crawls across America scheduled well into June (as well as some being scheduled now for Fall 2009).
And to answer the inevitable question, I do not know where to buy a Snuggie in France, nor a website that can process International orders. Sorry.
Update: Snuggie Now Available for Purchase Online in Australia
So, what's Snuggie Corp to do now that the weather is warming up here in the States? Look to the Southern Hemisphere of course, and specifically Australia.
mUmBRERLLA is reporting that the Snuggie commercial is hitting the airwaves in the Land Down Under.
Here comes the weekend, so that can mean only one thing...(besides it being Snuggie Friday, of course)...more cities are Snuggie Pub Crawling. Here are the latest updates:
New Blog for SnuggiePubCrawls.com
I have recently added a blog to SnuggiePubCrawls.com for the latest news, photos, videos, media coverage and updates. The blog is located at SnuggiePubCrawls.com/blog. The running list of past, present and future Snuggie Pub Crawls is still located on the SnuggiePubCrawls.com HomePage.
Washington, DC (June 13)
News of the Washington DC Snuggie Pub Crawl demise has been greatly exaggerated. DC is back on the list for a Snuggie Pub Crawl, which is set for June 13th. It will be fleecy fun in our nation's capital.
